How soon will I receive my order?
We ship M-F and most orders are shipped within 24hrs. Priority mail takes 2-3 days to arrive and 1st class takes 3-5 days. International orders take 2-6 weeks to arrive.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, we will automatically email you your tracking number the day we ship your order.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately no, at this time we are unable to take orders over the phone.

You have 30 days to return any items for a refund or exchange. Items must be in new and unused condition. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless we made an error in your shipment. All of our mala beads are guaranteed to be free from defects for 108 days from date of purchase, all other items have a 30-day guarantee. If a product is found defective in these timeframes we will repair or replace the item free of charge. You must contact us prior to returning items to receive approval and return instructions. Please note that the natural variances in the gemstones are not considered a manufacturing defect.
